Policies for Theatre Lawrence

Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final

Everyone entering the auditorium must have a ticket, including small children
We discourage bringing infants to the theatre
We will only issue refunds if we cancel the performance
Tickets can be exchanged to another performance of the SAME show. They may not be transferred to another show, or refunded for "credit" on your account
Tickets can be credited as donation, if requested prior to the performance. Donation requests will not be granted after the show time of the ticket

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre Lawrence). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
